摘要
论述了汽车尾气催化剂载体用氧化铝的制备方法及应用,并对影响其性能的因素进行了探讨。温度是影响汽车尾气催化剂载体用氧化铝相态及比表面积最重要的影响因素;900℃为最佳的焙烧温度,900℃焙烧后,氧化铝的主相态为γ-Al2O3;在焙烧的过程中加入合理的添加剂,可以提高氧化铝的比表面积及热稳定性,通过研究,制备了性能优良的汽车尾气催化剂载体氧化铝。
The preparation and application of alumina as catalyst substrate in automobile exhaust are discussed in this paper. Some performance influencing factors of the alumina are investigated. The results show that the temperature is the major factor influencing on aluminas specific area and phase, the alumina becomes a mixed phase mainly including γ-AlO3; after sintered at 900℃, and some additives can change the alumina's specific area and thermal stability. Finally, the alumina used as catalyst substrate in automobile exhaust is obtained.
