摘要
将从中药复方免疫增强剂中提取的多糖、黄酮和苷类灌服家兔后,通过检测心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胸腺重量,红细胞总数,白细胞总数,白细胞分类数,T淋巴细胞含量的变化来观察对正常家兔非特异性和特异性免疫功能的影响。结果表明:多糖能显著提高家兔免疫器官重量,增加红细胞总数、白细胞总数、嗜中性细胞百分率、淋巴细胞百分率、单核细胞百分率和T淋巴细胞百分率;黄酮、苷类对上述指标的影响不大。说明多糖对家兔特异性、非特异性免疫功能均有增强作用。
The effects of polysaccharide, flavones, glycoside extracted from traditional Chinese medicine compound immunoenhancer on specific and nonspecific immunity functions of domestic ribbits were observed by detecting weight of heart, liver, spleen, lung, kidney and thymus gland, red and white cell amount, white cell classification amount and change of T lymphocyte content. The results showed polysaccharide could notably increase immunity organ weight, red and white cell amount, percentage of neutrophil, lymphocyte, lymphomonoeyte and T lymphocyte, but the influences of flavone and glycoside on above indexes were not significant which indicated that polysaccharide could enhance the functions of both specific immunity and nonspeeific immunity.
