儿童腹腔炎性肌纤维母细胞瘤5例报告 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨儿童腹腔炎性成肌纤维细胞瘤(IMT)的临床、病理特征。方法:对2000-2005年间上海新华医院小儿外科收治的5例手术病理证实为IMT患儿的临床表现、实验室检查及影像学检查结果,外科处理及随访情况进行回顾性分析。结果:5例均有较长时间的发热史,其中3例有反复腹痛发作史;肿瘤都位于腹腔肠系膜和后腹膜;3例伴有贫血(Hb60～120g/L);病损最大径3.5～15cm。4例成肌纤维细胞瘤均为致密的梭形细胞型;显示波形蛋白、平滑肌肌动蛋白、肌特异性蛋白阳性;5例肿瘤完整切除,随访4个月～2年无复发。结论:儿童IMT是一种罕见的软组织肿瘤,由增生的成肌纤维细胞和浸润的淋巴细胞、浆细胞组成。因其有局部浸润性生长和复发倾向的生物学特性,宜对患儿进行长期随访。
