摘要 脑钠素是一种主要由心室分泌的神经激素。检测脑钠素有助于心力衰竭的诊断、病情评估和疗效评价。现就抗心力衰竭药物对心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠素水平的影响作一综述。 Brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) is a neurohormone secreted mainly in the cardiac ventricles. BNP is a useful marker for diagnosis, illness evaluation and therapeutic effect of congestive heart failure. The review summarized the influence of drugs against heart failure on BNP.
