摘要
选用沙棘木蠹蛾虫生真菌菌株B05进行室内带菌载体和生长繁殖最佳条件选择及室外布菌试验。结果表明,无纺布载体优于海绵载体。不同琼脂含量的PDA培养基筛选结果表明,琼脂含量为5.0g/l的培养液为最佳。室外无纺布带菌效果试验表明无纺布带菌施菌方法为有效途径。在室外持续15-18d再进行布菌最佳,有利于保证有一定浓度的侵染源。
Study on selection of carriers of fungi-carrying and optimal growth and reproduction conditions in the laboratory as well as fungi-assigning effects in the outside trails has been conducted by choosing Beauveri bassiana, stain B05 which was separated from living seabuckthorn carpenter (Holcocerus hippophaecolus) larvae. The results showed that non-woven bands fungi-carrying carrier was better than sponge . The culture medium of 5.0g/l agar was the best through screening different agar content PDA (potato, glucose and agar) media. The result of fungi-carrying outside trails also indicated that the method of non-woven bands was effective.
