摘要
论述精密超精密加工的技术内涵和范畴,分析影响精密超精密加工的主要因素,并指出当前国内外精密超精密加工技术研究中的一些关键技术和重点,此外对精密超精密加工中的微/纳米级精密测量技术、误差建模和补偿技术进行介绍。
This paper discussed the technique intension and category for precision and supprecision machining. It analyses mainly influencing factors and pointed out some external key technique moreover. It introduced again the technique of measurement of μm/nm, error modeling and compensating technique.
