摘要
考察了微生物多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)微囊粉剂对小鼠的体重、淋巴器官/体重比值、ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化、二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导的迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素水平、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、碳廓清指数、抗体生成细胞等指标的影响。结果表明,该制剂对小鼠体重和淋巴器官/体重比值没有明显影响,而该制剂的中、高剂量可显著增强小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增值能力(P<0.05)、加剧ConA诱导的迟发型变态反应(P<0.05)、提高溶血素水平(P<0.05)、增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能(P<0.05)、增强碳廓清能力及抗体生成细胞的能力(P<0.05),因此微生物PUFA微囊粉制剂具有调节小鼠免疫功能的作用。
The effects of microbial polyunsaturated fatty acids microcapsule powder on body weight, lymph organ/ body weight ratio, lymphocyte multiplication induced by ConA, delayed type hypersensitivity induced by DNFB, level of hemagglutinin in serum, the macmphages of the abdonfinal cavity of phagocytose to the erythrocytes, carbon release, antibody forming cell of mice, were studied. The resuhs showed that this drug have no significant effects on the body weight and lymph organ/body weight ratio, but, the middle and high (loses of the drug could promote the lymphocyte mtdtiplication( P 〈 0.05),aggravate the delayed type hypersensitivity induced by ConA (P 〈 0.05),enhance the level of henmgglutinin in serum ( P 〈0. 05), strengthen the ability of macmphagous of the abdominal cavity of phagocytose to the erythrocytes ( P 〈0. 05), improve carbon release and antibody producing capacity( P 〈0. 05). So the microbial PUFA micmcapstdl powder can regulate immune function of mice.
