合成温度对LiFePO_4电化学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了采用固相法制备锂离子电池正极材料LiFePO4的制备方法以及关于合成温度对材料结构和电化学性能的影响方面的研究结果。用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对材料的结构与形貌进行了表征;用恒流充放电实验、循环伏安对材料的电化学性能进行了研究,结果表明,700℃合成的LiFePO4电化学性能最佳,在0.2C的倍率下首次放电容量达到107.8mAh/g。 Cathode material LiFePO4 was synthesized at different temperatures by solid state reaction. The samples were characterized by XRD and SEM. The electrochemical properties of the samples were test by means of galvanostatic charge - discharge experiments and cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that the sample synthesized at 700℃ possessed excellent electrochemical performances and the first specific discharge capacity reached 107. 8mAh/g at 0.2C rate.
