摘要
南海问题由于涉及国家主权、历史问题和法律问题以及敏感的现状,成为历史学、国际法学、国际关系等学科专家学者共同关注的焦点。国内外学者大量著述,从各个角度对南海问题进行了阐述。为进一步推动南海问题的研究,本文仅对历史地理研究和法理研究两个领域加以综述。
The South China Sea issue is a complicated and important one in the relation between China and the other countries around the South China Sea. Because it related to national sovereignty, history, law and sensitive actuality, it became a focus of academia. From the works of the academia, Historical Geography studies and juridical studies are two important fields in the study on the South China Sea issue. In the field of Historical Geography study, the work provided historical gist to China＇s sovereignty to the South China Sea; in the field of juridical study, the works provided gist to China＇s sovereignty to the South China Sea by international law, and refuted the sovereignty demand of the other countries to the South China Sea.
