摘要
场桥用6×36SW-25.0 mm钢丝绳工作900 h后,发现在钢丝绳外层股间接触处、外层股表面与滑轮接触的部位产生断丝。对钢丝绳受力情况及钢丝断口形貌进行了分析,结果表明,由于滑轮与钢丝的滑动摩擦、钢丝绳外层各股之间钢丝的互相滑动摩擦,钢丝绳承受频繁弯曲疲劳,是钢丝绳在工作时易于形成疲劳源而导致断裂的重要因素。
Failures occur to the wire rope of 6×36SW- 25.0ram from crane after being used for 900 hours. It is found that there are wires breakings on the contacting points of outer strands and the contacting part between the pulley and rope. By analyzing the force situation and the appearance of the facet breaking, we find that the sliding friction between the pulley and rope, relatively sliding friction among the outer strands and the frequent bending are the main reasons of the producing fatigue sources eausing the wire breaking.
