摘要
实行学分制是高校教学管理制度改革的一项重大举措,它有利于学生个性、自主性、创造性和素质的全面发展,有利于学习积极性的提高。但学分制条件下学风建设易出现班级概念淡化、学生个性极化、学习纪律松驰等问题,要建设优良学风必须强化导师职责、督促教师率先垂范、营造校园文化氛围、严明考纪。
The implementation of cnedit system is a significant measure in university education administration system Neform. It is beneficial to the student individuality, the independency, the creativity and the all-round development. But under the credit system condition, the school tradition construction can be easily found that the class and grade concept to desalinate, the student personalization is strengthened, the study discipline relaxes and so on. To construct the fine school tradition, it is necessary to strengthen teacher's responsibility, build the campus atmosphere and be strict test discipline.
