摘要 ZW-10微结构陶瓷耐磨(自润滑)重防腐涂层,是以具有高度耐蚀性和耐温性的无机物结构二氧化硅(SiO2)与有机的环氧丙烷苯基醚相连接,形成的陶瓷粘接剂为成膜物质,陶瓷粉末作为填料的可在常温固化的双组分涂料。该涂层具有高耐磨性、优异的耐蚀性以及卓越的综合物理、机械性能,各项测试结果完全满足指标要求。着重探讨了成膜物质和填料以及涂层的结构与性能之间的关系。 The ZW-10 ceramic wearable (self-lubricating) ard heavy anticorrosive coat is a connection between SiO2 and organic epoxy phenyl ether.SiO2 is an inorganic compound with high anticorrosive and heat-resistant quality.This coat was solidified in a dual-component dope in normal atmospheric temperatura with so formed ceramic binder as membrane and ceramic powder as stuffing.The wearing resistance and erosion resistance of the coat are high.The coat has excellant physical and mechanical properties.All the testing results can meet the needs of the properties asked for.The relations among the membrane material.the stuffing and the dope structure to the final dope performances have emphatically been discussed in the article.
