摘要
随着电力体制改革的深入和电力市场化的发展,大量非电力系统电源要求接入系统运行,由于传统的电网规划和建设中没有考虑到该因素,因此系统运行的可靠性和经济性上存在着隐患。针对这种情况,提出了一种基于多场景下系统运行最优化的电网扩展规划方法,不仅可以得出一个有较好适应性的规划方案,而且通过对非电力系统电源的不同出力下限的讨论,可在求得最经济的电网扩展规划方案的同时得出非电力系统电源的最大允许出力下限。算例证明了本文算法的可行性和有效性。
In an open electricity market, a large number of unplaned independent power producers or distributed generators require to be connected to the power system, which could cause serious hidden troubles of the reliability and economy of system operation for the sake of the unexpected generators are not taken into account in the past planning. To avoid such a situation, a new transmission network expansion planning method by the optimization of system operation under multiple scenaries is proposed in the paper. The method is proposed to achieve an expansion scheme with more flexibility. And the most economic expansion scheme and the maximum lower limits of the unexpected generators'outputs are abtained as well by the comparison of various lower limits of the unexpected generators' outputs. The numerical results of a 6-node system are provided to demonstrate the validity of the proposed method.
