摘要
业务流程再造(BPR)是打破部门堡垒,以流程为导向,将断裂的业务流程重新整合起来,改善流程间的衔接,优化流程管理方式,提高流程运行效率。通过对浙江家福农化民营企业的剖析,探讨企业在面对不断变化的市场竞争环境与客户需求时,如何进行业务流程再造。
Business Process Reengineefing breaks the fortress of departments and reorganizes the cracked processes. All the business will be oriented by the process that will improve the links between processes and optimize the processes to improve effieieney. The passage discusses how to reengineer business process in front of the fast changing market, competitive environment and customers' requirement by a real case of an enterprise in ZheJiang.
