摘要
在回顾组织理论相关研究文献的基础上,本文对组织协调问题的产生、组织协调机制类型及组织协调机制影响因素等进行综述分析,并指出现有组织协调理论研究中存在的不足,然后,从和谐管理理论的角度对组织协调问题研究进行了展望。
In this paper we first review the literature on organization theory studies and then discuss the production organizational coordination problem, the types of organizational coordination mechanism, and the factors that influence the setup and selection of coordination mechanism. Meanwhile, we point out the limitations of present studies on coordination and give a prospect from the perspective of HeXie management theory to the research and development of organizational coordination theory.
