摘要
以邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生超氧阴离子(O.2-),用微量热法测定了13种黄酮单体清除超氧阴离子的摩尔反应焓.以摩尔反应焓的大小作为比较指标,对黄酮体的结构与清除超氧阴离子活力之间的关系进行了探讨.实验结果表明随着苯环上羟基数目的增加,黄酮类化合物抑制超氧阴离子的能力增强;同时C环中C2-3双键和B环中邻二羟基(3,4-二羟基)是清除超氧阴离子的主要活性部位.
13 flavonoids were studied as scavengers of superoxide anion (O2^-) generated by the autoxidation of pyrogallol. By comparison of the standard molar reaction enthalpies of flavonoids ,scavenging superoxide anion, which were measured by microcalorimetry, it is clear that not only flavonoids are the compounds as inhibitors of non-enzymic lipid peroxidation, but also the ability of the resistance to oxidation is distinctly affected by the structure of flavonoids. The experimental results showed that with increasing of the phenolic hydroxyl groups, the scavenging ability of flavonoids to superoxide anion is stronger, the position of phenolic hydroxyl groups in the flavonoid molecules and the presence of 2, 3 double bond in the C-ring obviously affect the antioxidation activity of flavonoids, and the most potent scavenger of flavonoids should have ortho-dihydroxyl groups on B-ring of flavonoids.
