摘要
介绍了用活性炭提纯显色剂──４－氨基安替比林（４－ＡＡＰ）的方法。提纯后的４－ＡＡＰ用于水中挥发酚的测定，其检出限为０．１７μｇ；用２μｇ苯酚进行精密度试验，ＲＳＤ（ｎ＝６）为６．８％。各项参数均优于未提纯试剂的结果。
The purification of the color developing reagent 4-aminoantipyrine is effected by the use of active charcoal, and the determination of volatile phenol is obviously improved by the application of the purified reagent.A detection limit of 0. 17 μg is obtained. Tests are carried out with 2 μg phenol smaples,the recovery is 98% and the RSD(n=6) is 6. 8%.
