摘要
农村剩余劳动力是随着我国农业生产体制的改革，市场经济的发展而出现的特有事物．其产生的原因、带来的问题、转换的途径一直是我国理论界研究的重要课题．本文从人口增长、耕地面积变化和农业技术进步对农村剩余劳动力的影响的角度出发，探讨了我国农村剩余劳动力形成的原因、产生的问题、转换的途径以及地区差异等，试图为这一问题的研究提供一定的依据．
The surplus rural labour force in China is an unique phenomenon arising from the China's rural production system reform and its development of market economy. This article, in terms of the influence of population growth,varying total farmland areas and the improvement of agricultural technolegy on surplus rural labour force,explores the reasons for which China's surplus rural labour force formed, the proplems it has caused, its transfer roads, and its regional difference in China, etc, in a bid to provide a certain basis for coping with this issue.
