摘要
目的:调查分析不同人群献血心态,制定针对性的招募对策。方法:为1115名不同人群无偿献血者分发自制调查问卷,进行归纳、分析。结果:显示无偿献血心态共分8种,大多数献血者献血心态是积极的,不同人群献血心态是积极的,不同人群献血心态有差异。结论:对不同人群针对性地进行宣传咨询,制定招募对策,促使公民对无偿献血的理解、态度、行为有大的转变,使其成为无偿固定自愿献血员,确保无偿献血工作持续、和谐、健康发展。
Objectives. Through analyzing psychology of different free blood donators to formulate relevant recruitment countermeasures. Methods. We surveyed 1115 different free blood donators with the questionnaire and analyzed the data. Results. There were 8 kinds of psychology and the most of free blood donators were active. The psychology was different for different free blood donators. Conclusions. We should conduct propaganda and consultation aiming at different groups and formulate recruitment to make civilian greatly change their attitudes, understandings and behaviors to free blood donation, and make them be fixed voluntary free blood donators to ensure free blood donation to develop continuously, harmoniously and healthily.
