摘要
合成了乙二胺缩水杨醛Schiff碱,通过红外光谱及质谱进行了表征;将其配制于润滑油中,将Schiff碱自组装到GCr15钢的表面,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察了Schiff碱的成膜现象;用循环伏安技术对自组装膜进行分析,证实了由Schiff碱自组装膜能有效抑制异相电子的转移,减少了GCr15钢的腐蚀;摩擦学试验表明这种自组装膜能提高润滑油的极压性能。
Salicylaldehyde-ethylenediamine schiff base was synthesized and certificated by Infrared spectra and mass spectra. The Schiff base was served as additives in a lubricant oil and self-assembled on the surface of GCr15 steel. The self-assembled monolayer (SAM) was described with scanning electron microscope (SEM) technique. Simultaneously the SAM was briefly characterized with cyclic voltammetry method. The result shows that the SAM can inhibite the transfer of the electrons out of phase, reduce the corrosion of GCr15 steel and improve the extreme pressure properties of the lubricant.
