摘要
医疗消费(特别是大额医疗支出)给居民带来很大的经济负担,对低收入人群来说更是如此,一方面需要支付大额医疗费,另一方面疾病使劳动能力降低或丧失,这就导致因病致贫、因病返贫。经济原因也是居民卫生服务利用率较低的主要因素之一。其中,卫生筹资和医疗消费的公平性是影响卫生支出导致贫困的重要因素。
Medical consumption, especially those huge medical consumption results from catastrophic diseases, often bring big economic burden to ordinary people, this is especially the case for those low-income people, on one hand, they have to pay huge medical expenditure, on other hand, those diseases can also lead to lower labor capacity or even disable it, this often leads to the vicious circle of disease causes poverty and leads to poverty.Financial reason is one of the factors that contribute to the low medical service utilization rate; the equity in health financing and medical consumption is an important factor that influences the medical expenditrue and poverty causation.
