有氧运动与针刺穴位对中老年大鼠血瘦素水平的影响 被引量:1

Research on Influences of Aerobics and Acupuncture on Elder Rats' Blood Leptin Levels

摘要 探讨有氧运动训练与针刺穴位的减肥方法对中老年大鼠血瘦素水平的影响及其与其他生化指标的变化关系。选用32只16月龄雄性SD健康大鼠随机分成对照组、运动训练组、针刺穴位组和运动针刺结合组,均以普通饲料喂养。实验结束后断头取血样测试血瘦素、血胰岛素、血糖并剖腹取内脏周围脂肪。结果表明:运动针刺结合减肥方法对大鼠有良好的降脂作用(P<0.001);有氧运动训练与针刺穴位对中老年大鼠血瘦素水平均有降低作用,但差异无显著性(P>0.05),对血胰岛素水平明显降低作用(P<0.05);大鼠总体血瘦素与血胰岛素水平呈显著正相关(r=0.585,P=0.001),与血糖无显著相关性,体内脂肪量与血瘦素、血胰岛素水平均呈显著正相关(r=0.535,r=0.543,均P=0.002),与血糖无显著相关性。表明:有氧运动与针刺穴位结合对中老年大鼠有降低血瘦素、血胰岛素、体内脂肪的作用,其机制与体内脂肪量减少或改善内分泌代谢调节作用有关。 This study explored influences of Aerobics and Acupuncture on elder rots' blood leptin levels and other biochemical relations. 32 healthy, 16-month old male SD rats were divided randomly into four groups as Comparison, Aerobics, Acupuncture, and Aerobics Acupuncture, They were provided common feed. After the experiment, cut off their heads to take the blood sample to test blood leptin, insulin, blood sugar and weigh the ventro-fat. The results indicates that the approach of Aerobics Acupuncture has a favorable effect on reducing fat ( P 〈 0.001) ; Aerobics and Acupuncture both have certain effects on reducing leptin levels of elder mrs with unremarkable differences( P 〉 0.05), but do have evident effect on reducing blood insulin level ( P 〈 0. 05) ; The overall blood leptin level has a remarkable positive relation with blood insulin level( r = 0.585, P = 0.001)and an unremarkable relation with blood sugar; Body fat has a remarkable positive relation with blood leptin and blood insulin respectively( r = 0.535, r = 0.543, average P = 0.002) and an unremarkable relation with blood sugar. This research shows that the approach of Aerobics Acupuncture has effect on reducing blood leptin, blood insulin and body fat of elder rots, the mechanism of which is related to reduction of body fat or metabolic regulation of internal secretion.
