摘要
目的旨在研究低睾酮血症对去势高脂饮食雄性家兔早期动脉硬化的影响,希望能为雄激素在临床合理应用提供一定的理论依据。方法30只雄性新西兰白兔随机分成3组:低睾酮血症组、生理水平组和对照组,每组10只。制备高脂并低睾酮血症的雄兔模型,测定雄兔血脂、载脂蛋白水平;观察并测量冠状动脉及肾动脉的内膜厚度。结果低睾酮血症组血脂和载脂蛋白水平明显高于对照组和生理水平组(P<0.01);低睾酮血症组冠状动脉早期动脉硬化的程度重于对照组和生理水平组(P<0.05)。结论低睾酮血症对于高脂饮食雄兔冠状动脉早期动脉硬化有促进作用。
Objective To determine the influence of hypotestosteronemia on early atherosclerosis of coronary artery in castrated and cholesterol-rich diet male rabbit. Methods Thirty white adult New Zealand male rabbits were randomly assigned to the three groups: control group, physiological group and hypotestosteronemia group. All animals were castrated (bilateral castration ) and fed a cholesterol-rich diet. Serum total testosterone and estradiol, serum lipids and lipoproteins were analyzed after twelve weeks. And histological pictures of coronary and kidney artery were observed and analyzed. Results The blood lipids and apolipoproteins levels were higher in hypotestosteronemia group than in other two groups ( P 〈 0.01). Histological analysis showed more intense changes in early atherosclerosis of coronary artery in hypotestosteronemia group than in other two groups ( P 〈 0.05). Condusion The hypotestosteronemia can promote early atherosclerosis of coronary artery in castrated and cholesterol-rich diet male rabbit.
