摘要 阐述了护患沟通在临床护理工作中的重要性,以及护理人员对护患沟通的认知现状,并根据认知现状阐述了护患沟通的对策。 Expatiated the importance of nurse-patient communication and the cognition state of nursing staffs towards nurse-patient communication;According to the state, the author expatiated the methods of promoting nurse-patient communication.
