摘要
论述了高水压、小流量的磨料水射流清理新工艺的试验研究成果。提出了以清理效能为判据,探索诸多工艺参数相关影响的试验研究方法;揭示了清理宽度及清理厚度等随水压、靶距、移动速度、磨料耗量等的变化关系;给出了较佳参数范围:水压30~50MPa、水耗量≤6L/min、靶距150~220mm、移动速度1000~2000mm/min、磨料耗量约5.5g/s、淹没深度约25mm,其清理效果≥85%,清理效率4.5~10.35m2/h,清理能耗0.41~1.62kW·h/m2。
Experimental research achievement of new technology of abrasive water jet cleaning with high pressure and small flow is discussed. An experimental research method is put forth to explore the relationship of technological parameters on criterion of cleaning efficiency. Relations have been revealed that cleaning width/thickness, etc. change with water pressure, target distance, moving rate, abrasive consumption etc. A preferable range of parameters should be as follows : water pressure 30 to 50 MPa , water consumption≤6L/min , target distance 150 to 220mm, moving rate 1000 to 2000 mm/min, abrasive consumption 5.5g/s or so,submerged depth 25mm or so, cleaning effect more than or equal to 85%. cleaning efficiency 4. 5 to 10.35m2/h. energy consumption 0. 41 to 1.62 kW·h/m2.
