摘要
采用合理的焊接工艺和国产焊丝对M400蒙乃尔合金管进行TIG焊,对焊接接头进行拉伸、弯曲、硬度、耐腐蚀试验和微观组织观察,均取得了良好的试验结果,该工艺已成功地应用于生产.
TIG welding of M400 Monel alloy tube is carried out using optimized welding procedure and domestic Monel electrode wire. The properties of weld joint such as tensile strength ,bending,hardness and corrosion resistance are tested and microstructure is examined as well. The testing results are good then the process is applied to production.
