摘要
文中以某箱式多管火箭炮为结构基础,设计了一套火箭弹自动装填装置,该装置利用电液比例阀及两个行程开关进行液压缸二次制动定位控制,从而获得了装填运发箱的高精度开环位置控制,并最终实现了箱式火箭炮的自动装填,同时大大提高了装填速度、且具有运行平稳以及能够抵抗振动和摇摆等特点。
Based on the structure of a canister multiple launch rocket system, a suit of automatic loading mechanism of rocket projectile is designed which achieved open loop position control of transport case utilizing electro-hydraulic proportional valve and two iourney switches to quadric applying the brake positioning control of cylinder, finally carried out automatic loading of the canister multiple launch rocket system. This loading mechanism greatly improves the speed of load, move stably and resist vibration and sway as well.
