摘要
通过原壳体外培养和抽蛋清的方法,研究了胚龄、蛋清抽取量对鸡胚发育的影响。结果表明:X期鸡胚抽取1 mL、3 mL和6 mL蛋清后,其孵化率分别为38.6%、30.35%和8.6%。抽取蛋清1 mL组(P<0.01)和3 mL组种蛋(P<0.05)的孵化率明显优于抽取6 mL组。对3日龄鸡胚,抽取9 mL蛋清后,鸡胚发育受到的影响最大,其孵化率仅为33.3%,明显低于3 mL和6 mL组(P<0.01);而抽取3 mL和6 mL蛋清对3日龄鸡胚的影响较小,其孵化率仍高达74.3%和76.5%。抽取6 mL蛋清并在大头顶端开直径为1.0 cm的圆孔进行鸡胚原壳体外培养获得成功,3日龄鸡胚的孵化率为18.5%。
The effects of taking off egg white from X stage and 3 days chicken embryos on development of chicken embryos was studied, the method of in vitro culture of chicken embryo in primary eggshell drilled on the top of large end was established. The results showed that hatching rate of X-stage chicken embryos taken off 1 mL and 3 mL egg white (38.6% and 30.35%) is better (P〈0.05) than that taken off 6 mL (8.6%) ; that hatching rates of 3 days chicken embryos taken off 3 mL and 6 mL egg white (74.3% and 76.5%) is evidently better (P〈0.01) than thataken off 9 mL (33.3%) ; and that in vitro culture of chicken embryo in primary eggshell drilled on the top of large end was successful, but hatching rate only is 18.5%.
