摘要
虚拟制造系统中刀具磨损仿真作为物理仿真的一个模块,对加工精度和表面粗糙度等仿真模块都有影响,是影响虚拟制造系统发展的关键技术。本文综述了虚拟制造系统中刀具磨损技术的发展过程,列举出几种典型的刀具磨损计算方法,对比分析了各种方法的优缺点,提出以二维值来描述刀具磨损乃至刀具磨损的三维仿真将成为虚拟制造系统中刀具磨损预测技术新的发展方向。
Tool wcar simulation as one module in physical simulation of virtual manufacturing system have great effect on processing precision and surface roughness; it is a key technology affecting virtual manufacturing system development. This paper summarized the development of tool wear technology in virtual manufacturing system, and described some typical methods for tools wear computation, By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, we concluded that the future research direction of tool wear prediction in virtual manufacturing system is to describe tool wear by planar value or three - dimensional simulation value.
