摘要
飞来峡水利枢纽运行以来,始终表现出水量利用率低、发电效益低的状况,汛期尤甚。分析认为,洪峰流量4000-5200m^3/s的场次洪水过程,水库调度可使机组不停机,减少机组停机时间;优化机组运行环境,提高发电水头,减少水头损失和洪尾提前回蓄等措施,都能有效提高枢纽水量利用率,明显提高发电效益。措施在实施中不会给防洪调度带来不良影响,对今后水库调度有较好的指导作用和实践意义。
The water utilization ratio and benefit from power generation have been low, especially in flood seasom since the Feilaixia Water Project has been put into service in 1999. It was analyzed that the hydraulic generator can still operate during the flood with peak discharge of 4 000-5 200 m^3/s without stop and thus the operation time can be increased. Through optimizing of operation environment of hydraulic generator, increasing water head and reducing water head loss, and storing water ahead of schedule during the tail of flood, the water utilization ratio and benefit from power generation can be increased remarkably. These measures can guide the reservoir operation without harm to flood control of reservoir.
