摘要 目的:研究穿心莲Andrographis paniculata地上部分的黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶s、ephadex LH-20、反相ODS柱色谱、反相HPLC等从穿心莲85%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个黄酮类化合物,并利用理化性质和波谱学分析手段,鉴定了它们的化学结构。结果:分离并鉴定了12个化合物,分别为5-羟基-7,8-二甲氧基黄酮(1),5-羟基-7,8-二甲氧基二氢黄酮(2),5-羟基-7,8,2′,5′-四甲氧基黄酮(3),2′-甲氧基黄芩新素(4),5-羟基-7,8,2′,3′-四甲氧基黄酮(5),5,4′-二羟基-7,8,2′,3′-四甲氧基黄酮(6),二氢黄芩新素(7),5,7,8-三甲氧基二氢黄酮(8),5,2′-二羟基-7,8-二甲氧基黄酮(9),andrographidine C(10),5,7,4′-三羟基黄酮(11),5,7,3′,4′-四羟基黄酮(12)。结论:化合物6为新天然产物,化合物8,11,12为首次从该属植物中分得。 Objective: To study the flavonoids of the aerial parts of Andrographis paniculata. Method: Twelve flavonoids from the 85% EtOH extract were isolated by the silica gel column, Sephadex LH-20 column, ODS column chromatography and HPLC, and their structures were identified by the spectal analyses and chemical evidences. Result: The 12 compounds were obtained and identified as 7-O-methylwogenin (1), 7- O-methyldihydrowogonin (2), 5-hydroxy-7, 8, 2′5′tetramethoxy-flavone (3), skullcapflavone-2′-methoxylether (4), 5- hydmxy-7, 8, 2′, 3′-tetramethoxyflavone (5), 5, 4′-dihydmxy-7, 8, 2′, 3′tetramethoxyflavone (6), dihydroskullcapflavone (7), 5, 7, 8-trimethoxydihydroflavone (8), 5, 2′-dihydmxy-7, 8-dimethoxyflvone (9), androgeaphidine C (10), 5, 7, 4′-trihydroxyflavone (11), 5, 7, 3′4′tetrahydroxyflavone (12). Conclusion: Compound 6 is a new naturally occurring product isolated from A. paniculata, and compound 8, 11 and 12 are obtained for the first time from the Andrographis species.
