摘要
阐述了用线阵CCD传感器对材料拉伸变形量进行非接触测试的基本过程。介绍了CCD传感器测量变形量装置的基本原理。给出了采用数字图像处理技术非接触测量变形量的方法,包括图像的预处理,二值化等。该装置结构简单,可对材料进行非接触,无磨损式测量。通过对系统的标定证明了该系统的可靠性。讨论了影响CCD测量精度的各种因素。
This paper expatiated the basic process of testing the deformation quantity of a material during stretching process by using linear CCD sensors in non-contact mode.lt introduces the measuring principle.The non-contact measuring method of the deformation quantity was presented by means of the digital manipulation technology, including image pre-precessing, and image binary-conversion, etc.The circuit of the system is simple, The non-contact and non-abrasion measurement for a material can be carried out.The reliability of the system is proved through the standardization.The various factors to influence measuring prrecison were discussed.
