摘要
适应冷战后全球化发展的要求,中国广泛参与国际机制,进一步融入国际社会,拓展全方位、多领域、多层次的多边外交。这一政策的发展,在过程上是一个理性的过程,也是观念更新的过程;在规模和程度上具有全面但明显的不平衡性;在原则上体现了中国独立自主的国家特点和发展中国家的定位和身份。
To adapt to the development of globalization, China has widely participated in international regimes in the post-cold war era and become increasingly integrated into the international community. The expanding of China's multilateral diplomacy has been all-dimensional, multi-level, and in almost all fields. Such process is a rational one as well as one of concept change, but with the feature of imbalance in scope and degree. China adheres to the principle of independence and the identity of a developing country in joining the international community and expanding its multilateral diplomacy.
