摘要
通过文献资料与调查访问等方法,对我国足球职业联赛引进外籍球员状况进行分析研究,发现外籍球员引进对提高我国职业足球联赛的水平,促进球市发展,引入职业足球运动员素质、球队竞争机制和作风建设等方面都具有积极作用。有效地推动了我国足球职业化、国际化和与世界接轨的进程。同时发现我国引进外籍球员总体水平不高,缺乏名人效应,影响国内球员的锻炼与培养等问题。从而对中国职业足球的持续发展提出参考意见。
Adopted the methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation and interview, this study explored the current situation of the foreign players who were introduced by the professional football league in China. The results indicated that employing foreign players had a positive role such as heightening professional football league level; promoting the development of the city ; introducing quality of professional football players, team competition system and style reconstruction ere, and also had pushed forward football professionalization, internationalization and the course of connecting with world effectively. Meanwhile, it was found that the whole level of introducing foreign players is low, lack of the effects which was brought about by famous football stars, and the negative impact on the training and cultivation of the Chinese native players. Several referenced suggestions in relation to the sustainable development of Chinese professional football were preposed.
