摘要
目的探讨颅底软骨肉瘤的CT、MR影像学特点与病理类型的关系。方法对经手术和病理证实的7例颅底软骨肉瘤的CT、MR影像学资料,及与之相对应的病理结果进行回顾性分析。结果7例颅底软骨肉瘤中4例为高分化软骨肉瘤,3例为黏液样软骨肉瘤,CT的共同特点是均有骨质破坏,但高分化软骨肉瘤钙化明显,MR共同点是T2WI呈不均匀高信号,而T1WI上,黏液样软骨肉瘤多为均一的低信号,高分化软骨肉瘤则表现为不均一的低等信号,增强扫描上强化更明显。结论颅底软骨肉瘤的CT和MR表现与病理相关,不同亚型在CT及MR上有很多不同之处,术前正确诊断可为临床医生提供有益的信息。
Objective To discuss the relationships of the chondrosarcomas of the skull base between pathology and the characteristics of CT and MR imaging. Methods CT and MRI of 7 cases with chondrosarcomas of the skull base proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results Four cases were well-differentiated ehondrosarcoma, 3 cases were mucus type chondrosarcoma, CT scans showed bone invasion and calcification in all cases, but visible calcification was more often seen in well-differentiated chondrosarcoma; MRI displayed inhomogeneous high-signal on T2WI in all cases, homogeneous low-signal on T1WI was displayed in mucus type chondrosarcoma, inhomogeneous low-or iso-signal on T1WI was displayed in well-differentiated chondrosarcoma, heterogeneous enhancement was seen in all patients, but it was more conspicuous in well-differentiated chondrosarcoma. Conclusion CT and MR images can reflect the pathology of the basicranial chondrosarcoma. There are many different image characteristics on CT and MRI between the subtypes of chondrosarcomas of the skull base. Correct diagnosis before operation is useful to the surgeons.
