摘要
目的建立珠子参总皂苷的提取工艺。方法以人参皂苷Re为对照,以总皂苷含量为指标,设计L9(34)正交实验,确定合理的提取工艺。结果6倍量50%乙醇提取2次,每次2 h为优化提取方案。结论本工艺条件对珠子参总皂苷的提取收率高且稳定,为珠子参总皂苷的工业化生产和新药开发提供了依据。
Objective To establish the extract technology of selecting Rhizoma Panaois Majoris total saponin. Method Designed L^9（3^4）orthogonal test with ginseng saponin Re as control and content of total saponin as index,to determine the retional extract technology. Result 6 Times quantity more than 50% ethanol was extracted twice, with 2h each time as the best extract plan. Condusion The extract rate of Rhizoma Panacis Majioris total saponin was high and steady with this technology, which provided new evidence for industrializing production of the plant and developing new drug.
