摘要
论述了非营利性科研机构绩效评价的指标筛选依据、结构逻辑关系及含义,给出所建立的评价指标体系,最后用实例说明所建评价指标体系的实用性。
In the paper the screening foundation, the structure logic relations and the meaning of the scientific research organization for no-profits. This paper sets up a set of practical evaluation index system. Finally the practicality of the system is shown by an example.
