摘要
研究了供应链库存绩效评价的必要性,提出供应链库存控制绩效评价指标。在介绍模糊层次分析法理论基础上,结合具体实例对某一核心企业的三条供应链的库存控制绩效进行评价择优。从而将影响供应链库存控制绩效的指标比重定量表示出来,为企业经营管理和决策提供重要的依据。
This paper analyzes the necessity to carry out results evaluation of supply chain stock, and presents indexes for the evaluation. Using fuzzy analysis hierarchy process, the paper performs the evaluation of stock control for three supply chains in an enterprise. The proportions of the indexes are obtained, which provides basis for enterprises to conduct management and make decisions.
