摘要
“党员意识”是党建研究中的基本概念与重要课题,对于党员个体而言,它是共产党员对自身政治身份认知与组织归属意识,也是自觉保持先进性的基础和前提。从党的组织整体来看,它是党的性质、宗旨、目标与使命的集中体现,也是不同历史时期提高党的凝聚力和战斗力的重要因素。
＂The Party member＇ s awareness＂ is the fundamental concept and major subject in the research of Party construction. As for the individual Party members, it refers to the Party member＇s recognition of his own identity, his awareness of his belonging to certain organization as well as the basis and precondition of consciously keeping the advanced features as a Party member; as for the whole Party organizations, it is the combined reflection of the Party＇s nature, purpose, goal and mission, as well as an important factor enhancing the Party＇ s cohesive force and capability.
