肺癌患者血小板四项参数分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究肺癌不同病理类型及治疗前后血小板四项参数的变化。方法回顾性分析2002年3月到2005午2月在我院诊治住院的183例肺癌患者血小板数(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)、血小板平均分布宽度(PDW)的变化。结果肺癌PLT、PCT较正常人高,有统计学意义;腺癌PLT、PCT、MPV和其它病理类型比较有显著性差异,PDW没有显著性差异;化疗前后各型PLT、PCT比较有显著性差异,除腺癌MPV前后有显著性差异外,其余各型MPV和PDW无显著性差异;部份患者化疗后PLT及PCT持续保持高水平或升高,在一定程度上显示和预后不佳有关。结论肺癌细胞可能以某种特殊机制刺激骨髓巨核细胞产生血小板,且腺癌和其它不同病理类型肺癌可能有不同机制作用于巨核细胞系统产生血小板,观察血小板四项参数对肺癌不同病理类型的判别、疗效判断及分析预后中有重要意义。
