摘要
将梯度分析技术引入植物抗旱性的研究,对植物的解剖结构指标进行分析。在PCA分析结果的基础上,通过引进PC间的协调因子aj,利用公式计算植物的抗旱梯度值,建立植物的抗旱梯度轴,客观地排出植物抗旱能力的顺序,并揭示了影响植物抗旱性的主导因子。梯度分析技术用于植物抗旱性的研究比用于植物群落的研究,其结果更具直观性、明确性.是研究植物抗旱性的一个可行、有效的技术手段。
Gradient analysis technique was introduced into the study of plant drouight resistence by analysing indexes of plant anatomy features in this paper. Based on the resultof PCA, by introducing into aj,a regulating parameter among PCes,plant drought resistance gradient values were calculated by a formula GV(pci),plant drought resistance gradient axes were established, the order of plant drought resistance abilitieswas arranged objectively,and the dominant factors affecting plant drought resistance ability were revealed. Compared to the application of geadient analysis technique in thestudy of plant community, the result of gradient analysis technique applied in plantdrought resistance is of more clear,definite and direct. Gradient analysis techinique is aneffective,available method in the study of plant drought resistance.
