西帕依固龈液用于感染单根管消毒的疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察西帕依固龈液消毒感染单根管的临床疗效。方法选择感染单根管患牙79颗,常规根管预备后,随机分为西帕依固龈液组(41颗)和甲醛甲酚组(38颗),分别观察封药后临床症状和体征的变化。结果两组封药后,西帕依固龈液组患者疼痛不适反应明显低于甲醛甲酚组(P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液在单根管封药中,是一种较安全、有效的根管消毒药物。 [Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of Xipayi oral rinse in disinfecting infected single mot canal. [Methods] 79 teeth with infected single root canal were selected. Then we classified them into two groups randomly after root canal preparation, One group with 41 teeth was disinfected by Xipayi oral rinse, and the other with 38 teeth was disinfected by formaldehyde cresol (FC). After disinfecting,we observed and compared the difference of clinical symptoms and signs between two groups. [ Results] The pain of patients who were disinfected by Xipayi oral rinse was less than that patients were disinfected by FC remarkably (P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] Xipayi oral rinse is a safe and effective disinfecting drag for infected single root canal.
