摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备了超细复合粉Ag/SnO2-La2O3-B i2O3,并经成形、烧结、复压及退火处理,提高其电导率、密度及硬度。选择优化过程参数如下:30 t成形,920°C×8 h烧结,40 t复压,150°C×0.5 h去应力退火,所得的Ag/SnO2-La2O3-B i2O3触头材料电性能优于Ag/CdO。
A super-fine compound powder, Ag/SnO2-La2O3-Bi2O3 has been obtained using the chemical coprecipitation method. The compound powder is deal with forming, sintefing, re-pressing and annealing to improve its conductance, density and hardness. The optimum process parameters are as following: forming at a pressure of 30 t, sintering at 920℃ for 8 h, 40 t re-pressing and 150℃×0.5 h anneal. The Ag/SnO2-La2O3-Bi2O3 contact material with better electrical behavior than that of Ag/CdO can be obtained.
