试论新制度主义对公共政策研究视角的影响 被引量：9

摘要 一种新的政治学研究范式的兴起必然对政策科学的研究带来新的影响,新制度主义同样如此。新制度主义研究范式在政治科学研究中的兴起,既是对旧制度主义的超越,又是对行为主义研究范式的批判。它拓展了制度概念的范围,视制度为动态的结构,同时包含有更多的内容和更为丰富的含义。这种对制度概念的扩展,引起政策研究视角的转变,对政策结果和政策变化的研究产生影响,制度更进一步成为政策执行和研究的一种重要资源,成为政策研究中不可忽视的因素。
