摘要
探索乳糖酸阿奇霉素注射液的含量测定方法。用HYPER-SILBDSC8色谱柱,以0.045mol/L磷酸二氢铵-乙腈9∶4(pH=7.1)为流动相,检测波长为210nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温25—30℃,用HPLC法测定乳糖酸阿奇霉素注射液的含量。试验表明:乳糖酸阿奇霉素注射液的含量在3.0—7.0mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9982),平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=0.37%。方法简便,准确可靠。
The content of azithromycin lactobionate in the injection was determined by HPLC with HYPER-SILBDS C8 column, the mobile phase of a mixture 0. 045mol/L dihydroammonium phosphate-acetonitrile 9 : 4(pH=7. 1) and UV detector at 210nm at flow rate of lmL/min and the column temperature of 25-30℃. The calibration curve is in the range of 3. 0-7. 0mg/mL (r = 0. 9982) with average recovery of 99.9% and RSD= 0. 37%. The method was convenient, selective and reproducible,and was used for determination of azithromycin lactobionate injection.
