摘要
采用微量液-液萃取法及气相色谱/质谱法对某种烟用香精的香味成分进行分离和鉴定,确认了其中的29种成分,并用峰面积归一化法测定了各种成分的百分含量,其主要成分为:柠檬烯(1.7255%)、薄荷醇(6.7434%)、丁子香酚(22.7645%)、反石竹烯(15.5365%)、α-啤酒花烯(1.8804%)、硬脂酸乙酯(41.8219%)等,相对标准偏差在3.44%~10.32%之间。结果证明,该方法是烟用香精质量控制中的一种快速、准确的分析方法。
Tobacco essence was isolated and identified by capillary GC/MS method. 29 Compounds were identified, the relative contents of constituents were determined by peak area normalization method. The main compositions were : limonene ( 1. 7255% ), menthol ( 6. 7434% ), eugenol ( 22. 7645% ), trans-caryophyllene ( 15. 5365% ), α-humulene ( 1. 8804% ), ethyl stearate (41.8219% ) etc. The relative standard deviations were between 3.44% and 10.32%. The results showed that this method was quick and accurate for quality control of tobacco essence.
