微波合成小晶粒Hβ沸石及其醚化性能的研究

摘要 以四乙基氢氧化铵为模板剂,用微波辐射作为热源合成了小晶粒β沸石。研究了溶胶组成和辐射温度对β沸石相对结晶度的影响。在优化条件(pH≥10、辐射温度140℃、辐射时间60 min)下合成了不同硅铝比的小晶粒β沸石。采用XRD和NH_3-TPD表征了Hβ沸石的酸性和结构特征,并在固定床反应器上对Hβ沸石催化剂的醚化性能进行了评价。结果表明,不同硅铝比沸石的醚化活性随硅铝比增高而降低,其活性和稳定性以n(SiO_2):n(Al_2O_3)=29.2的沸石催化剂最佳,在400h内反应物中叔碳烯烃的转化率只降低2.2%。 Small crystal grain β zeolite was synthesized by using tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide as an organic template under microwave radiation, characterized by XRD and NH3-TPD and studied in the etherification of olefins. The effects of the sol composition and the radiation temperature on the relative crystallinity of the β zeolite were studied. The optimal conditions were found as follows; pH≥10, radiation temperature 140 ℃, radiation time 60 min. The results showed that the etherification activity of the zeolite increased as n(SiO2) : n(Al2O3) decreased with the optimal value being 29.2. After 400 h, the conversion of tertiary olefins only decreased by 2.2%.
