摘要
随着经济社会的不断发展,人们对高质量的高等教育的需求日益增大。高等教育作为教育改革发展的重点倍受瞩目。从云南高教改革发展现状及成效、存在的主要问题及困难、进一步改革发展的基本思路和政策措施建议等方面做些尝试性探讨。
With the social and economic development, people have an increasing demand for the top quality and chance of higher education. Higher education has been an issue that attracts public attention in the course of reform and development. This paper aims at making studies of the present situation, progress, problems, reform and policies in Yunnan Higher Education.
