摘要
分子标记辅助选择技术给水稻育种提供了新的途径,与传统育种技术相结合,可大大提高育种效率,缩短育种周期。因此,加强分子标记辅助选择技术在水稻育种上的应用研究具有重要的实践意义。在此,综述了分子标记的特点与类型及分子标记辅助选择原理,着重介绍了分子标记辅助选择在水稻育种上的利用现状,主要包括在回交育种、基因聚合、数量性状改良等方面的应用进展。同时讨论了该技术存在的问题,并展望了其应用前景。
It is all known that molecular marker-assisted selection (MAS) technology provided a new method for rice breeding. Integrated with traditional breeding technology, breeding efficiency was enhanced and breeding periodic time was shortened markedly. To potentiate the application of MAS was greatly sig- nificant in rice breeding. In this essay, we summarized the characteristics and types of molecular marker, introduced the basic principle of the marker-assisted selection, focused on its application in rice breeding, such as backcross breeding, gene polymerization and improving quantitative traits. At the same time, the problems and potential prospects of molecular marker-assisted selection have also been discussed.
