抗解脲脲原体单克隆抗体的制备及鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 目的: 制备抗解脲脲原体(Uu)的单克隆抗体(mAb)并进行鉴定.方法: 用灭活的Uu免疫BALB/c小鼠, 采用常规的细胞融合技术制备抗Uu的mAb.以ELISA和免疫组织化学染色法对mAb的亚类、效价及特异性进行鉴定.结果: 获得3株抗Uu的mAb, 均为IgG2b亚类.3株mAb的腹水ELISA效价为10-4~10-5.有2株只与Uu产生反应而不与肺炎支原体、淋球菌(gonococcus/GC)及豚鼠气单胞菌(A.cariae)等病原体发生交叉反应.免疫组化结果表明, mAb能和解脲脲原体特异性结合.结论: 制备了3株具有较高的特异性和效价的抗Uu mAb, 为Uu的免疫学检测及相关研究提供重要的制剂.
